Hendy Tanoto

CEO

A seasoned maritime executive with over two decades of leadership across shipping, logistics, and vessel-management operations, he has played a central role in expanding a major regional fleet to more than 150 vessels and establishing a unified, end-to-end logistics platform for global commodity clients. His career spans key positions in shipyard administration, multinational joint ventures, and international shipping investments, where he consistently drives operational excellence, supply-chain innovation, and strong financial governance.

With deep experience in cross-border negotiations, insurance frameworks, regulatory matters, and next-generation vessel development, he has built an influential presence across Greater China and Southeast Asia. His forward-looking leadership continues to strengthen global partnerships and accelerate the group’s growth through innovation, collaboration, and strategic vision.

Adhitya Nugroho

A highly experienced naval architect and chartered marine engineer, Adhitya Nugroho brings more than two decades of expertise across all facets of ship design, classification, construction, operation, and maintenance.

Before stepping into leadership roles in maritime operations, he built a strong technical foundation with significant stints at leading classification and shipping-industry institutions such as Lloyd’s Register (London and Singapore) and American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) Indonesia.

Adhitya’s leadership combines deep marine-engineering knowledge with strategic business insight, enabling effective management of complex maritime assets and large-scale logistics operations. His background empowers him to bridge technical rigour with commercial and operational demands — delivering value, stability, and trust to clients and stakeholders alike.
